Daily 5km jog
1: Identify own strengths and develop areas for growth

4: Show commitment to and perseverance in CAS experiences
​Ran everyday for a minimum of 5km, and walked on the days I was sick. Routine: Wake up at 5am, eat breakfast + morning coffee till 5:30am and go for the jog/run from 5:30 to around 6:15am->take a bath -> go to school. For the duration of G12 so far on days I am not home, I make sure to walk enough steps that day to replace it.

Ever since I was young I was never much of a dancer, I realized that my main issue is that I haven't worked hard enough to learn it. So when I was invited to join the dance I accepted viewing it as a new challenge to overcome. Initially it was very difficult to even crack the moves and the rhythm but as I persevered and received a lot of help from my classmates I learned the basics of hiphop and the dance for the thai hiphop song.
