I had initially complained to my dad regarding how much time I had for breakfast and that it required too much effort to make, eat, and clean the dishes. He then connected me to several food science researchers and told me to figure out a solution; along with the researchers, I had done a lot of research to assist in the production of hospital food for bedridden patients with the adjustment to make it suitable for the public's consumption. Even though I had no prior experience to doing that much research, I felt well-supported throughout the challenge. As time passed and the project had progress over the course of several months, we had created a product and gotten it approved then donated 100 bags to a military hospital.
